Isaias was super informative and super helpful. My company and I were looking for safe alternatives for our manufacturing process. Although we were unable to come up with a designed duct system he was still extremely helpful and I would recommend for anyone looking for custom ductwork/duck system.

Incorporating an inline separator to our dust systems has been a production saver. The large 2-yard hopper fills up at the same pace as our collector 1-yard dump bin, so we are getting a 2:1 ratio of pre-filtering and 3 full yards of waste between stoppages to empty! It's been a fantastic product addition to our portfolio.

Very good customer service. We have our estimates within a day or two of submitting takeoff and once purchase order is issued, we have materials within 5-7 days on most orders. Once I had a job where I forgot to send purchase order, and they got my order within 3 days after I found I had made an error.

Working with Cole at US Duct has taken one of the hardest parts of my job and made it one of the easiest parts. All I have to do is send over a layout and I know that Cole will take care of the rest.

My name is Grant Henson, I am with The Systems Group. I oversee the engineering behind our dust collection division. Since taking on this role, I have had the pleasure of working with Kyle Holliman in his role at your establishment. Now I send a sketch or customer drawing to Cole and it is like hitting the easy button. It gets done correctly and fast. So fast…I wish I could be as responsive to my customers. Prior to building a relationship with US Duct, Merrell Bros., Inc. had been working with a wide array of ductwork vendors. The entire team at US Duct are the driving force behind why we moved and continue to utilize them for our ductwork needs. Adolfo has been great to work with and is only a phone call away. If you want to sell more dust collection, you really need to work with the great team at US Duct!! I have been selling dust collection for close to 30 years. Until 4-5 years ago duct work was always a huge pain in the back side. Without spending a ton of time and money engineering the duct work, you really couldn’t sell the dust collector or fan. If you spent time engineering duct work you were not able to sell. If you paid someone to do it, you would go broke. Almost no customer has the ability to engineer duct work. US Duct has always taken duct work and made it easy. Most people hate duct work but the US Duct folks love it and live for it. Because of this, my business has grown year after year. I now get paid to sell duct work and it lets me sell more dust collectors and fans. DuctQuote is a priceless tool that really allows us to up our customer service game. We work out of state on most of our jobs so immediate response to get mistakes, upgrades, and changes out the door and headed to my crew is paramount. Jameson helped me secure several jobs with his knowledge and training of DuctQuote. I mean, as a customer who doesn’t want to see their purchase displayed in 3D over their shop layout? Blaire and Garren are always chugging along behind the scenes to make sure my crazy requests, drawings, and napkin parts lists are accurate. I highly recommend using clamp together ducting. It may cost a bit more than spiral, but the price difference is more than made up with the significant decrease in time needed to install. Overall, my projects have had lower install costs, plus far less downtime, using clamp together ducting.

Please let production know how good they made us look and that we are indebted to them as well. Derek and I are on the lookout for ways to reward everyone there for all the things you do for us, so stay tuned. I still can’t believe that all shipped same day! Also, Derek and I have been in Statesville installing this week.. The project is mounting 87 Eco Gates at individual drops. This would have been cake if we were installing into clamp together ducting. But, all the ducting was produced and installed by a local manufacturer using flanges. Much of it is out of shape, weld seams are large and make it so the flanges don’t fit, branches are at 30° and run tangentially to drops that are crooked or just not lined up, vanstones are lazily hammered out and some were even made sloppy on purpose to straighten out duct lines that were off by 10 or 15 degrees. Bottom line, it’s ugly and lazy and has made our job really difficult. We both worked for another clamp together duct company for a long time. Without these kinds of experiences, it would have been difficult to understand the value of a good manufacturer compared to a bad one. If anyone ever complains about a price increase, remember that you sell premium stuff with premium service.
