Simply complete the loyalty sign-up form. Once approved, you can start earning points right away by completingany tasks you see on this page.

After signing up, once approved, you can start earning points right away by completing the forms you see on this page. However, until you update your Company ID from your invoices into your profile, you will not be able to earn points from your purchases.
How do I earn points from my Duct League courses?
Be sure to sign up for Duct League (CoAssemble) with the same email as your Duct Points email.
How do I submit proof to earn my bonus points?
Just upload a screenshot, PDF, or form after completing the activity and send it to your Duct Guy or Gal Business Development Manager. Don’t have one yet? Pick one here!
What can I do with my duct points?
Redeem them for exclusive perks based on your tier. Rewards include free swag, free shipping, in-person training, and a 2026 incentive trip. Check our Duct Points Tiers.
What are the loyalty tiers?
· Bronze(10,000–100,000 DP): Free swag, exclusive training content, and shipping perks
· Silver(100,001–250,000 DP): Free in-person Duct League training with flights covered for up to 4 people
· Gold(250,001+ DP): At400,000 DP, you automatically qualify for the 2026 Incentive Trip (limited seats)
Do I need to redeem all my points at once?
No, you choose which perk you want from the app,and your balance will decrease accordingly.
Is there a deadline or expiration for points?
Yes, our first expiration date will be December 1, 2026, and then every year thereafter on each December 1st. Then, your points and your loyalty tier will be reset. So, be sure to keep spending each year to maintain your loyalty tier.
Where can I turn my duct points into rewards?
You can turn your Duct Points into rewards directly through your Duct Points Loyalty Program account. Simply log in, visit your dashboard, and click redeem. The account shows you all available rewards and perks—Bronze, Silver, or Gold—so you can choose exactly what you'd like to redeem.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Simply log into the Duct Points Loyalty Program account, browse the list of available rewards, and select the perk you’d like to redeem. Once you redeem a reward, your Duct Guy/Gal will approve it, and your point balance will automatically update in the app. Easy and hassle-free!
Where can I keep track of what I’ve earned?
You can keep track of all your earned Duct Points, milestones, and redemption history right n your Duct Points Loyalty Program account. Everything is in one place, so you’ll always know where you stand and what rewards are within reach.
I signed up and completed a course, but am not seeing my points.
Be sure you have already updated your Company ID from your invoices into your profile, otherwise, you will not be able to earn points from your purchases. If you did this, please refresh the page every 3 hours to allow the data to sync. If it has been 3 hours, please reach out to the Duct Marketing team here.
