US Duct was great to work with. The design process was simple and they took the time to get everything dialed in for our shop. The 3D drawings made reviewing the ducting design very easy. It only took a day to get the entire system together. Would definitely recommend to any other cabinet shop owners out there.

The product, for the most part, has been exceptional. If we have had problems, they have been addressed and we have had satisfactory refunds when required. There was a time when the seals in the clamps was of poor quality. We returned them and received a better product. The online tools and software that produces Duct Quote are the best in the business. Hopefully, this relationship will remain strong and fruitful for both parties.

Working with US Duct is easy to say the least. Not only do we have all the tools to do everything ourselves, but we are also able to get their help with getting stuff together. I can send over a parts list or napkin sketch and get a quick quote sent back to me. US Duct makes dealing with the duct much more convenient which is why we do as much work with them as we do.

Jameson is also very responsive, putting together quotes and supporting our projects in the Duct Quote software, interfacing with our engineers, and being a great technical resource.

If you want to sell more dust collection, you really need to work with the great team at US Duct!! I have been selling dust collection for close to 30 years. Until 4-5 years ago duct work was always a huge pain in the back side. Without spending a ton of time and money engineering the duct work, you really couldn’t sell the dust collector or fan. If you spent time engineering duct work you were not able to sell. If you paid someone to do it, you would go broke. Almost no customer has the ability to engineer duct work. US Duct has always taken duct work and made it easy. Most people hate duct work but the US Duct folks love it and live for it. Because of this, my business has grown year after year. I now get paid to sell duct work and it lets me sell more dust collectors and fans. DuctQuote is a priceless tool that really allows us to up our customer service game. If you are using some other duct work supplier, you really should make the change to US Duct!!! You will be happy you did and wonder why it took you so long to make the change!!

Our Team at Diversified Equipment and Supply has been working with the US Duct Team now for about 5 years.
