Hello Tyrell, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated working with you for our duct solutions. You have been extremely responsive – even taking calls while away from work . Your designs have been generated and sent over extremely fast (other vendors in the past I had to wait days for). The presentation and information you sent over was easy to follow and organized. As an added bonus, you put up with my aggressive wants very well and have a super personality – a real pleasure to work with. I will be continually expanding our capabilities at out factory and will be continuing to call you in the future. I have been working with Team Tyler for some time, and Tiny (aka Stirling) has a great personality. He had to learn the ropes in the beginning, but we’re getting there!

I wanted to share my experience working with US Duct and especially Tyrell Stirling. I have worked with US Duct from the time Steve McDaniel left his previous employer many years ago. I have enjoyed a close working relationship and excellent service with all the staff I have worked with at US Duct. I was recently introduced to Mr. Tyrell Stirling as my project assistant. “Stirling” as he prefers to be called, has stepped in to help with my often very unusual applications and has provided stellar service and support. I had the pleasure of meeting him, and another crew, at the IWF show in 2024. Stirling’s personality, intelligence, and desire to learn are his strengths. Excellent customer service is already in his nature. He listens well, takes instructions easily, and has a great sense of humor. I look forward to working many more projects with Stirling in the driver’s seat!!
