Pace Company is the exclusive representative or dealer for 10 different manufacturers that supply products in the manufacturing and industrial space. The way that Mason Kolessar and the sales team at US Duct handles our account is now the standard by which we judge other companies grade them and vet potential partners before we will even consider working with a new equipment supplier. Whether it is promptly providing shipping dates, passing along tracking information as soon as it becomes available, or even staying after hours to ensure my customer can pick up a fitting to complete an install, we cannot express how grateful we are for the customer service we are provided. All of those small details and courtesies add up and save our employees and customers time, money and prevent stressful situations. At Pace, we have a what call the three R’s: • Reputability • Reliability • Responsiveness Often, these are the metrics we consider when assessing partners, potential employees, engineers, suppliers etc. It is not often we find people in our sector of the market that check all three boxes and give us complete confidence. I cannot think of a time when I tried to call Mason and she didn’t answer the phone or immediately text me that she would call me back. My ability to get problems solved for customers when dealing with their needs or concerns through US Duct is so quick and easy that it has been an invaluable asset to Pace Company. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that US Duct is the exception and not the rule. I can pick up the phone or send a cobbled together list of notes via text and without fail, the information or quote will appear in my inbox before I get back from the sales call or meeting. The culmination of her work along with her lockstep relationship with Ryne and Adolfo takes work off of our desk and makes us look like heroes to our customers. The most valuable byproduct of her hard work is that it allows us more time to focus on selling. And selling is the most beneficial asset you can offer to Pace Company, and I would assume US Duct. Her effort allows us to save our energy and focus it on the right places like pounding the pavement to grow sales and develop relationships in the commonwealth of Virginia. Looking forward to 2024 being our best year yet.
