Manual Cut Off Half Gate
Like full gates, our manual cut off half gates (blast gates) are cast aluminum body units with galvanized or stainless steel blades that smoothly move in and out of the air stream to fully cut off or partially close air going to the duct so as to balance the system and direct the air.
Manual Full Cut Off Gate
Our manual full cut off gates (blast gates) are cast aluminum body units with blades that smoothly move in and out of the air stream to fully cut off the air or partially close off the duct so as to balance the system and direct the air. A thumb screw allows the gate to be locked in any position.
Manual Air Tight Blast Gate
This airtight frame gate utilizes a fully welded body to stop leaks in your work environment. They are recommended for high-moisture systems, oil mist systems, and laboratories where a standard cut-off may leak.
Automatic Gates (AC Voltage)
Automatic Gates, also known as Blast Gates or Slide Gates, use solenoids (12/24V AC/DC, 120/220V) to control pneumatic cylinders. Operates at 90 PSI, available in 3"-24" diameters.
